I want to start off by saying, wow, what are these 1 star reviews? Some people are just filled with hatred. Fyi, Charlotte is not a black widow, that should be obvious as she has no red marking on her back and black widows are not furry like her. You do not need to be a spider expert to know that. This is a Kid’s movie, why is someone putting in all caps how horrifying and evil Charlotte was? I guess they never watched the film because Charlotte was a nurturing and caring mother and friend. This movie’s main message was to show how powerful friendship is. I see some people lack that ability to be kind and be open minded. I enjoyed the humor in this film and I understood the main message. People need to stop thinking so critically. Even knowing the entire plot, I still enjoyed it and cried. The ending was bittersweet.

First of all, I enjoyed Rob’s humor and acting! Despite it being stupid, I loved the role he played as Jennifer. I disliked how we barely got to see Jenni, its kind of disgusting how she was just whoring it out at the strip club for money as a HIGHSCHOOLER, but it fit his character.

Im so disappointed in this movie. It made me more upset then laugh, this whole movie is just full of misunderstandings, misinformation and the whole school has a knack for switching up despite believe in all the false rumors (towards the end). The plot makes no sense, the writing is terrible because of how in contradicts especially with the gay guy. The only good people in this movie were guys or men. All the women were insane and disgusting. Olive was just a doormat who did not stand up for herself and when she did, she felt shame and guilt. Like what? And Olive’s childhood crush just randomly inserts himself despite no real chemistry on screen / barely any screentime. Was barely ever there for her. Insane plot holes and plot armor in this film. Which defeats the purpose of thinking this is a movie, instead I just see horrible writing.

This is the first purge movie I’ve seen. I loved the casting in this movie, everyone played their part and acting was spot on. I was pretty scared of Skeletor. I also feared for the main group’s safety because of how likable their characters are. I usually don’t get scared of “horror” but this felt “realistic”, sort of like Black Mirror. It made me visualize and think, “What would I do if I was in their place?” The fight scenes were filled with actions and the slow build up put me on edge. This is a great movie.

I thought this was a comedy. None of the “funny” parts were laughable. This movie was a waste of my time. The script and plot fell apart and it was utter garbage. You succeeded in hating the fat redhead.
