It is so irritating that there is only one fryer. How can there be equal playing ground for judging when there is not equal opportunity? I can't imagine any justification for this. So many times I have seen great dishes crash because someone got to the fryer first. Makes me stop watching when I know there is not equal opportunity. For God's sake contestants get their own cooking station. Give them a fryer!
