Unbelievably unfunny. Years ago I went to the show, loved him, he was a funny guy who commented on everything and anything. Last few years, as everyone already knows, he’s become a political activist and not only shares his opinion on politics but shames and ridicules the opposing view. I have no problem with people giving their opinion, don’t get me wrong, but if your goal is ratings, well you can enjoy the fruits of your labour. Ratings tanked, and people are turned off. Ironically, Hollywood who claims to be be a place of diversity and inclusion are only that way in racist quotas, colour of your skin, ethnicity, etc. They despise diversity and inclusion of thought, differing opinions, and that’s what ended slavery, misogyny, racism. It was when people heard differing opinions that they began to think differently and use common sense and wisdom to conclude hatred is wrong if its only parameter is difference. Kimmel is taking us backwards, bullying others and laughing at different opinions than his. Looking at these comments, and many others like them, people reject his philosophy, but you won’t hear it from Hollywood or the news, they live in an imaginary world where they have the moral high ground, and they’re always right. Narcissism leads to activism, and they are all actively trying to shut you up. It’s a shame.
