After playing DS1, 2, and 3, I would say by far I love 2 the most because it has 40-50% more content than 1 and 3 so you never get bored. A lot of people dislike it because it wasn't directed by the same director as 1 and 3 and, the bosses in DS2 are A LOT easier than 1 and 3 (somehow people are unsatisfied by the reduction of difficulties). In my point of view, I actually would prefer easier bosses as I didn't have to spend too much time on the same boss, instead, ds2 has 30+ bosses for players to defeat and you won't be stuck at 1 boss and make yourself a mad person. Very recommended. 10/10 have to play.
