The gratuitous animal torture ruined this movie for me. I get Rocket was built by a deranged human being but why make the whole movie about that showing animal abuse over and over. Shooting a bunny with a metal plate over its mouth! What the heck was Disney thinking! I’ve seen all the Marvel movies and this movie is a definite stay away from. Gunn really left Disney with a bad taste in their mouth as he left for the DC universe.
