I watched this with my daughter who is turning 14 in a couple weeks and headed off to high school this fall. She did not want to see it and I insisted. She cried multiple times and we had good conversations throughout. By the end she was telling me how very important it was to see even if it opened her eyes and made her disgusted by these aspects of our society. I felt itโs important she be more media literate at such an impressionable age.
