the purpose of this show is great! it contains a lot of helpful information. like being socially active, having fun, small every day activities and more, but when they mention the vegan-diet. my hope in this series just plummets. avoiding meat for example: where do you get your b vitamins? where can you get bioavailable protein and iron, etc. so many mirco and macro nutrient deficiencies, and all those defence chemicals in the vegetables, cooking them wont be enough. and the lentils and soy products, no wonder the women in okinawa live longer than men when they eat soy produce which is absolutely full of estrogen and endocrine disruptors. most of the information here is good and helpful, but they gotta be better with the dietary tips.
