I enjoyed the movie a lot. Eddie was great! I wish we had found out more about Gordy and Martine's past experiences, they were only alluded to in passing. The story about William Hurt's character was more developed although the violence in his past was glossed over. It has a happy ending but more than likely each of these people will still have troubles! The final scene was a bit of serendipity and reveals why the movie is called "The Yellow Handkerchief" Totally unexpected and random was the discovery of a houseboat surrounded by yellow flags floating in the breeze! I still enjoyed the movie.
