Duy Hung Nguyen

It’s truly an outstanding Vietnamese film. For the first time in my life, I found myself bursting into a loud round of applause as the lights came on. The film is a poignant reminder of the heavy price paid for the precious peace we enjoy today—a peace built on the pride, courage, and blood of countless Vietnamese on both sides of the war. We must never forget this sacrifice, so that we can cherish and protect peace for today and for generations to come.
