It was fine, not bad, but not too good either. It did an ok job wrapping up the series, the last ten minutes were the best part of it in my opinion. I finished watching it a little before this review, and it didn't really leave an impact on me. I'll compare it to Avengers Endgame, which did a fantastic job wrapping up Phase 3, and had stakes, real stakes. TRoS didn't really have any, Rey "kills" Chewbacca, nope he's alive, C3PO gets his memory "wiped", sorry it's back now. Endgame, while not being perfect, still had stakes, if they lost, the universe would end. Black Widow dies for the Soul Stone, she's staying dead. Iron Man snapped, he's staying dead. The only good thing I can say about TRoS, is that it's visuals are amazing, there were some beautiful shots, and the CGI looked great. The actors also did a really good job, they were trying their best, and made an ok film feel more real. Overall a 6/10 for me, the actors did a great job, and the visuals were amazing, but you can't make a good movie without a good story.
