The report presents an interesting but disturbing insight into the drivers behind the persecution of Muslims and other religious minorities of India. It shows how Modi follows the ideology that is based on an innate hatred for all things non-Hinduized. This is becoming more and more obvious if one follows how India is nowadays trying hard to rewrite its history and replacing it with a false narration. Hopefully sensible minds in India will prevail. The report would have benefited from having a partner from a holocaust research group. Perhaps it was the case, but it has not been mentioned. For that it loses one star.
