People who say this film is cliche forget that this was the original sci-fi series, before Star Wars and Star Trek. The plot is extremely unique, blending familial politics that you may have seen in Game of Thrones with elements of mysticism and prophecy. The shots are nothing short of breathtaking and the acting is quite good due to the star-studded cast. While this movie could have included more, I look forward in anticipation to Dune part 2.
