Awful. I’d read Angelica Houston was really good in this. I can only assume the reviewer didn’t see Eileen Atkins play the same part in the former version - she was immense and had the best acidic tongue. Mr Treeves should be dead half way through first episode and the character of Audrey is completely wrong. I assume it’s the money paid to the Agatha Christie corporation that means they allow this bilge to be broadcast. Such a shame.

Far too long and drawn out with DiCaprio wearing the same expression throughout

Truly awful. Bad acting totally unbelievable and we didn’t make it as far as seeing Douglas Henshall. Can’t believe he’s associated with such trash.

Stunningly beautiful photography, brilliant cast and fab music. Utterly loved it

Dreadful acting apart from Juliette Stevenson. Too much time spent on every characters history and overdirected by a mile with meaningful(less) brooding stares into space. It’s crying out for some character you can cheer. It’s the extremely poor relation to Vera and Shetland.

Utterly gripping and brilliant

Stodgy and unthrilling with no reason to watch to the end - I did, but am saving future viewers.
