Fox, The Mage

I'm a big fan of The Owl House, and I've heard great stuff about Gravity Falls from plenty of my friends. I watched some episodes but I was so bored I don't even remember half of what happened. Something about the characters, story, and aesthetic doesn't connect with me at all. Maybe if I watched this when I was younger and related more to the leads I'd like it, but I didn't have this issue with any other shows I love (TOH, Adventure Time, The Amazing World of Gumball, Dead End: Paranormal Park) so I'm not sure what's missing here. It's just not for me and I envy the people who do enjoy it.
