Deadpool and Wolverine is a wild ride that combines the best of both worlds with its action-packed sequences and sharp humor. Ryan Reynolds, as always, delivers a standout performance as Deadpool, bringing his trademark wit and sarcasm to the character. His chemistry with Hugh Jackman, who reprises his iconic role as Wolverine, is electrifying. Jackman’s portrayal is gritty and intense, capturing Wolverine’s complex personality and fierce nature. The film successfully balances humor and action, thanks to the dynamic performances of its leads. There’s a moment in the film where Wolverine pulls on his iconic cowl, and it literally gives you goosebumps. It’s something that we’ve been waiting for, for like twenty-five years. With clever writing, stunning visuals, and a fun storyline, this movie is a must-watch for fans of both characters.

Baz Lurhmann’s style and take on the Elvis story is a bold, jaw dropping trip down memory lane, the haunting musical drops typifies his work and are goosebump worthy. A standout performance by Austin Butler as the man himself is award worthy, both in looks and voice he nails it, Tom Hanis doesn’t disappoint as Colonel Tom Parker. If your looking for a biopic this is not the way to go but if your looking for an artist’s adaptation of the music and the man himself it’s spellbinding. I’ll be sure Nguni Elvis tracks for the next week minimum 9/10
