Rips off two hard working individuals that have houses chosen that require major work and are not profit worthy of the hard work that they have to put in to them. Quite upsetting to watch the two individuals putting their heart and soul and all spare time into the renovation, ( in the hope they make a profit so that they can make cash for that all important goal of achieving the deposit for their own home) then the house is sold under market value. So disappointing and upsetting for them.
