My wife and I watched the trailer for this show and we were excited. We thought the idea of a murder mystery where the main character isn’t sure of their sanity was an interesting idea. It’s a trope that’s been used before but nevertheless we wanted to watch it. To save myself the trouble of typing too much I’ll just write my immediate thoughts after sitting through this disaster. The last episode reveals that her neighbor’s daughter was the killer the whole time. She revealed the whole plan after Kristen confronts her. They have a fight scene that felt very out of place. The little girl had the strength of an Olympic athlete. My wife and I felt insulted that the show lead us on to only disappoint us at the end where the villain was an intelligent and murderous 9 year old. As much as we like Kristen Bell this was just a huge flop. And the last scene made my eyes roll into the back of my head. There are other better mystery shows out there. The idea for the show was great, but it was very poorly executed. I don’t recommend it.
