It was fun to watch. Overall the show lacked depth but was pleased to see the main character went against the status quo. It’s a shame it was 6 episodes as I could have seen expansion on the characters backstory as well as his relationship to Oda Nobunaga. If you’re able to turn off the part of your brain that asks questions and expects answers…then it’s a fun show to enjoy. The animation was decent in the first two fights but lacked creativity moving forward. It seemed almost rushed.
-(Spoilers) *otherwise…why should we have cared about how he reacted to his nightmares or discovering his motivation. What happened at the end of episode 4 between the start of episode 5? Who was the woman who cared for Saki and what relation did she have to the woman Yasuke loved? “Lacking in depth”
