Honestly one of the best strategy games I've ever played. Sure, you can't really see your troops moving around, but that makes it even more exciting. It really shows how chaotic war can be, with troops getting lost in forests and swamps, stumbling into enemy encampments. Along with that, the companies you command have people talking back to you, telling you what's going on. When the radio goes silent, it really hits you harder, having to slowly move the division piece to the side because you know you won't have to know where they are anymore... Anyways, the game is very well researched, and the dev team is just incredible and very generous. Just today they released a DLC with a very big update, planes, and they just said if you don't have the DLC, you still get to have the new planes division and use it in any past missions. You don't see any Triple A studio letting the audience have a new toy without making it a DLC, do you? Besides, they also give out free keys of the game to Canadian Schools so they can learn about the Canadian Army in WWII. TL;DR This game is an incredible strategy game with an incredible dev team where your poor decisions as a general really make you stay awake at night.
