Good old days! Darkorbit died long time ago , So i don't recommend this game to anybody right now. But if this year was 2012 then peak gaming is darkorbit it was amazing game amazing design all you need to be full is 8iris and 31 lf3 , then years later (bigpoint) wanted to grab more money from the players so they started destroying the game literally , i don't know if they sold the company to a chinese company cause that's what they used to say back in day,they changed the spaceships and lasers to a horrible design , ignoring the playerbase feedback , introducing lf4 apis zeus and worst of them all is the upgrades which takes forever to upgrade makes the game unplayable for fully equiped players let alone for new players , cause now you have to pay alot of real money to be fully equiped and i'm not talking about 20$ or 100$ but more than that per player , like how disgusting is that ? imagine if they listened to the players base feedback and kept the game as simple as the old design with 8iris and 31 lf3 and not chase money like dogs, then this game would be one of the best games in the world right now no doubt in my mind. but yeah greed doesn't make anyone happier at the end of the day.
