I very much enjoy watching Chopped and look forward to the new episodes. However, I receny watch the Gargantuan episode and I was appalled by the large amount of food which can only go to waste. Please do not encourage waste! Many do not have food on the table. I encourage you to do something for the hungry this holiday season.
