A little inconsistent in terms of plot and the ending wasn't tied up as well as I would've liked. The animation can seem a bit jumpy at points as well, but there were moments of utter visual grandeur that built up the overall character of the film, which was extremely likeable. The character dynamics and designs, the colours used (while at points overwhelming) and OST were incredibly beautiful. While aspects of the film felt as though they weren't elaborated as best as they could, I would pay to watch it again for its most explosive scenes, which were fantastic enough to invoke tears. Despite its drawbacks, I would call myself a big fan of Promare and all that it stands for.
