Well written, researched and insightful view into the challenges faced by the extreme sections of VA (Southwest, Southside and the Eastern Shore). While the challenges are not insurmountable they are daunting and sobering. August Wallmeyer presents a clear eyed description of the challenges but more importantly identifies solutions that need to be seriously considered and addressed sooner rather than later. This should be required reading for anyone interested in the betterment of the Commonwealth of VA. Highly recommend.
