Match making sucks, can't go a game without someone hacking, support doesn't help, you get 365 day bans for accidentally opening overwatch from the wrong playstation account (on the same playstation), no promised PVE. Given Blizzard's history, it's also no surprise you can type blatant slurs in chat or say them over mic quite easily but will be banned should anyone feel like reporting you for fun. It sucks because the game and characters can be fun but it literally becomes a moment where you have to weigh out whether the disappointment is worth playing. Stop and don't give Blizzard money for skins. Imagine trying to compete in the actively sabotaging and upsetting your own fans competition and Blizzard's your opponent.
