i checked the kdrama because of lee do hyun but stayed because of the plot, acting, and everything! i love that it really focused on the relationship of the main character and the mother ( + also showed their povs and moments that hit too close to home) instead of a typical romantic relationship (which i dont see often in kdramas so this is something new that i liked!). the story was easy to follow and wasn't confusing despite the numerous flashbacks. i felt a roller coaster of emotions while watching all 14 episodes fr T__T. u could start watching this series with an empty heart and leave with a full one, i assure u. however, i felt like the last ep was a bit rushed and could've been worth 2-3 more episodes but it still perfectly fitted with the story so it's fine. whether u have mommy issues or are just finding a new kdrama to watch, i would say that The Good Bad Mother is a nice, well-put together series and is definitely worth watching! :)
