I read the book twice. I could not make it through this series. Instead of focusing on the true horrors of the near extinction of mankind and an epic battle of good versus evil.... there are MANY scenes of the gruesome results of the virus, huge rats and crows dining on remains. Don't bother making popcorn... you won't be able to eat it.
