He has this line about how us humans are doubly mean and doubly cruel because we were so low in the food chain for so long and its kind of our way of exacting revenge, saying HA its my turn to eat first. We adapted, got crafty, rose to the top, quick, but now that we are here, AND we clearly don't have any threats other than ourselves - maybe it's time to calm down a bit on killing everything so fast? There's roughly 30k only rhinos lions and lions each - they are some of my favorite animals. There's less than 2k pandas. Would a world with only humans be really all that cool? I don't think so - sounds boring, and cold to me. This isn't antihuman, I think our DNA has evolved to make us the craftiest, so in a way we have fought and learned to take our spot at the top. There's got to be a way we can all care about these other beautiful animals more. No one is going to be impressed with your rhino horn or cheetah skin rug and if they are, you bet they won't be making any history books. They will be forgotten and so will you.
