Well, to cut to the chase, this was very long winded and one note. The topic itself is worthy of exploring but it felt very detached from the reality of the common person. I think my main issue with the film was the complete lack of grit and layers of any of the characters. There are some funny moments and some quality acting but during these tumultuous times I find it tricky to relate to bourgeois characters and cliché moments. I totally appreciate the idea of this movie but it didn't land for me.

I've only watched the first episode but it was so poorly written and acted I doubt I'll continue watching. I love Ru Paul but he cannot act!
