Timing is really bad. Especially the fraser side. Driver says it’s coming in 2 mins and it’s been over 10 mins I’m standing here waiting for the bus and they stuck at 49 for coffee. They need to understand too how time is important for people. I knw there will be no improvement even after thousands of people had given their feedback that means there is something you guys need to improve in your service. We pay over $150 every month still it’s like that.
