Very disappointing book. The issue of being and thinking negatively is presented in this book and the only recommendation or suggestion which is presented as a possible solution is to rid yourself of negative people around you. No additional solutions or strategies are presented. The main focus of this book is the issue (negatively) and how it affects the main character and those around him. Very repetitive and I was less than impressed as I kept reading hoping that additional strategies and solutions would be presented and they never were. Don't waste your time with this book. It is not helpful.
