Very well done, but a tad confusing as to the time sequence since it supposedly bridges WWII.....Of course Raines and Howard are superb and Todd gives a wonderful performance...A very good in-depth analysis of love/romance/marriage of that time period....The twists of the plot are uniquely centered on emotions and needs and not on simple story lines. Please view it as a novel and not a movie. I initially gave it a 4 star because of my difficultly in following the flashbacks, but changed it to a 5 since that might have been my fault.

Lily James blows me away; Himesh sings beautifully; his character is sometimes too emotive, but well developed; supporting cast very strong; dialogue is fun and quick (British humor is the best); ending needs a little work; overall very well constructed; enjoy the music and let it take you back.....5 stars.
