Extremely sad but an excellent movie!

I'm speechless! This movie presented a storyline when different races unite and when unspoken emotions, thoughts, and life experiences clash - presented with awesome acting. Well done on presenting these issues Netflix. The movie speaks of the differences made by ones race. It's real life and although I've never been in an interracial relationship or had a biracial child, the identity crisis of such a child and the effects it has on a relationship is presented so powerfully. The storyline continues to build and by the end, the reality is that it's real life! I was on the edge of my seat hoping for a positive ending.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! After finishing an episode I thought the next one couldn't possibly be as good but each episode is so heartwarming with a lesson to be learned - surely a tear will escape your eyes. I'm going to call some of my friends just to say thanks for the friendships as anyone can identify with a character(s) in these episodes. Dolly Parton's songs tell such great stories - What an iconic woman! I can't say bravo enough to Dolly Parton and Netflix for producing such wonderful stories in HEARTSTRINGS! Well done.. We so need more shows like this to give us all hope and show that Love and Faith still exist in such divisive times!

I loved this show! One of the best I've seen so far on Netflix. I was never tired of watching the 10 episodes as the story lines continued to keep me trying to put the pieces together. Well worth watching and I would recommend it to anyone.

I loved this movie! It is so realistic in that it portrays how life can change over night. How many times have I prayed, Lord can you please just let me relive my decision. Unfortunately, in the real world there are very few do-overs. Embrace every day!
