I ordered 2 outfits for my daughter size xs when they finally arrive 15 days later my daughter tried them on, they are so big they must be at least a medium so the sizing is way off what they should be, I contacted vanill who informed me that they come from china and I would have to pay postage to return which would be a lot of money and they offered me 20% back of the purchase price and keep the item, i obviously refused this offer as I paid £47 for the items and would only receive about £9 back, keeping the item would be pointless because they don’t fit. AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! I had no idea the shipment was from china and also doesn’t say anywhere you would be responsible for the cost of shipping back to china. It’s a con they take your money for nothing in return
