Love the show. Why does the contestant have to make their dishes in front of the host chef’s.Because I think there’s a pre-conception what they see that they’re using for ingredients.It would be really challenging if they could make their dishes without the judges viewing them and let the judges come back out an tast the dish an decide who’s good. Then tell the judges what is in their dish. Or you could put a big twist on it and let the judges pick what is in their dish and if they don’t get the right main ingredients then they’re out switch the whole concept around then we’ll see how good the real chefs are.
