Lyn Humphrey

I'd love to see this series again, but I don't think it exists now. I was only aged 8, so don't recall much of it, though I do remember something about vampire bats! The reason I started watching it in the first place was because Gerald Flood was in it, and he'd been in the Pathfinders in Space series--and I've managed to get the DVD of that! 'Plateau' certainly had a slow-burn type of atmosphere which I appreciated then, and to this day, I prefer programmes that have a decent build-up to events, as opposed to jumping straight in to the adventure.
