Such a sweet, unexpectedly refreshingly lovely film. The soundtrack was just perfect for it. The acting was natural and unaffected. I felt as I were watching a 1940's or 1950's film, with an Australian flavour :-)

Cheese overload, for viewers that don't discriminate between good and poor plots and production. The story is very often predictable and makes for pleasant enough viewing for some that seek a tame series. The lack of continuity and of keeping to period hair, makeup and dialogue makes it very cheesy. I am certain early 20th century hair fashion, specifically 1910 did not include iron curled hair, highlights and hair colors, not to mention heavy eye shadow and face contouring with makeup. A lesson in production could be learnt from the English to make period dramas as authentic as possible. The dialogue and acting is laughable.

Just a whole lot of face smashing, beating, endless stabbing of vampires...overkill much? Grizzly but with no real bite.

I have been absolutely enjoying Outlander and then...Season 4 happened! It has lost its vitality and energy and the acting has become largely uninspired and wooden. Too little happens in each episode which makes the storyline feel a bit stretched out. Balfe's acting throughout the show is hindered because of her forced accent (I just wish she would be more natural in her acting) and both Claire and Jamie need new facial expressions. Also, what is with them looking much the same as they did 20 years ago...except for the odd grey patches that appear and disappear?! I will continue to watch Outlander to see how it turns out against the books but I don't wait eagerly for the next episode as I used to.

Absolutely love this show. I overlooked it for so long and thought that it might be cheesy but that it definately is not. It is sharp, sassy and the script and acting are great...a quick draw! My favourite characters are definately the 'hot mess' Wynonna and Doc (I love how he says 'Wy-nonna')...best and hottest Doc Holliday ever...Val Kilmer wasn't too bad either! Would be even better if Waverley had less squeaky millennial voice (mouse-human-millennial hybrid) Having serious withdrawal after Season 3...cannot wait for Season 4

It started off well and held promise but it has started to fade, and fast. At this point I cannot imagine another season. The show needs an injection of something mindblowing and interesting to hold onto any audience that is left.
