I’ve been a passionate fan for years I’ve watched the entire breaking bad series 7 times with complete obsessions about the story and all of the characters involved I’ve ranked #1 in breaking bad trivia on quizup & I’ve seen every possible piece of breaking bad content on YouTube. This is to show you that I’m truly a devote breaking bad fan. The movie was dragged out, it’s like they forgot about breaking bad. I understand it’s a story focused on Jesse but, with a movie closely related to the main story of breaking bad their were little to no callbacks or flashbacks. The characters in which came back were mostly insignificant or 4th tier characters in terms of popularity. Hank/skylar/walt jr/marie/blue meth are completely erased and irrelevant in el Camino. SPOILER the flashback with Walter white was completely insignificant. Instead of using the opportunity to reminisce on fun times or even a more exciting event, their just chatting in a diner. Such a waste of incredible talent as-well from Bryan Cranston. Jesse faced ultimately no true struggle to get where he was going, it was barely an inconvenience. The movie could of been done in 25-30min & is a true failure in terms of fan service & does a poor job at executing jesses conclusion. 2/5, the one point is GENEROUSLY added because of jesses conclusion not because of movie quality.
