Every 4 or 5 star rating of this game come from low-brow shiny-thing lovers. They love DC or superheros and that all they need to spend 70 bucks. Everything else is copy/paste and highly repetitive. Voice acting is fantastic and so is the art. Thats it.

The series would have been great if the casting was closely aligned to the book. I could also go without the sprinkled in allegory to modern political activitism.

Extremely vague alien invasion premise to introduce long-winded tropes on social issues and soap-box activism....copy-and- paste show written by people looking to make statements and not stories.

Strong independant woman dont need no beta male. Would have been nice to have one decent male character. Jesus

Shawn is clearly the best part of this show since he's a smooth talker. Mark was either beat up too much as a child or not enough. His Ego is king in that shop, especially over common sense and reality. I dont buy the Constance "engine specialist" thing as she'd easily spend $1k a month just on nail repair if she was. Kounts Customs makes them look like rookies

Ive played since the original Shogun Total war. Every. Single. Game. That being said, I LOVE the idea of Mythological warfare and story telling. But CA MUST find a way to bring it down to earth and make it real. Make it worth the player emotionally investing in your cause/army/city or story. breed depth, not flashy bronze purple armor? Purple was the most expensive color to create btw, and every peasant has it. You can do a romanticized version of the Illiad as well as a hard core, gritty, and bloody realism. This total war should be played on an Ipad. this is not what total war was. Im also tired of seeing the new comers to the title tell us that this is the new and only way forward? CA, do you want Fortnite ferrets or do you want a loving, faithful following the enjoys the past historical titles? you're choice I guess. it sucks watching the one of 3 titles i ever play EVER disappear. I dont care what anyone says, 3 kingdoms was a massive let down for many old school TW fans. this is just another side of the same coin I will say though, this game has potential to being somewhat entertaining. nothing id play past a campaign or two.
