I don't ever do reviews. I always talk about it, but I never end up doing any reviews. Cobra Kai deserves a great review. I watched the og Karate Kid movies back on the late 80's/early 90's and became an instant fan. I was even into "The Next Karate Kid" with all of the 90's cheese. When I heard about Cobra Kai back in 2016, I thought it was a joke, until I watched the first episode....
I could clearly see the similarities between Miguel and Daniel, they were obvious about it, you can see a flawed Johnny, trying to change and better himself, which he does, even if it's at a slower pace than most 😂 but he's a guy you want to root for. I love the bond they form, but I would like to see Johnny try a little harder with Robbie. I don't think Robbie is a bad kid, he probably just feels rejected and abandoned, then you know who steps in, it was almost predictable, but still brilliantly executed. I love the way season 3 ended. I'm super excited for season 4. I'm blown away by how much I love this show. I'm a huge comic book fan, but I literally hate all the movies and shows, with few exceptions. I love how faithful to the story the show is written. I'm a fan boy and I nit pick, I complained that Grant Gustin didn't dye his hair blonde for the Flash. I'm all about accurate story telling. I love how fresh and original Cobra Kai is, but still very faithful to the Karate Kid "lore"
