I have viewed many movies in my time and not one has been perfect, but I can confidently say this movie is one of the closest productions I have seen to just that.
Both the regular viewing and 3D experience are visually stunning. Leaving myself and others mesmerised by the accurate depictions of the ocean and wild life created as well as it’s colourfully and lively scenery. CGI animation is seamlessly integrated onto a breathtaking scale and precisely. There are no words to accurately describe the impressive visuals this movie made possible.
The storytelling of this movie is stretched out so you may feel impatient but this movie could only be expressed through a slow burn storyline, and James Cameron’s iconic and beautiful CGI makes it all the more enjoyable. This movie takes you on a journey where you can’t help but feel like a part of the family. The plot is beautiful as it is sad, and it leaves you almost needing more of the emotion and action that is put through these characters. Personally, I think the movie was so enrapturing it felt a lot shorter than 3 hours.
Filmmaking and Screenplay at its finest. This movie is a masterpiece that I have to say may even be better than the first one. I strongly encourage you watch
