First of all, #Nelson you got the guts to try with #ThalapathyVijay for such a genre in Tamil Cinema. This is absolutely a fantabulous attempt to make the audience feel that Vijay is not always a material for the song<>action<>emotion<>comedy but can go beyond to perform in noir films. A mall, terrorist hijack and the master minds of the terrorist & protagonist is all about the movie but foremost to give a pat for the screenplay and the sequences - don’t expect logics for such mass entertainer, you will surely feel illogical at some scene, but that’s ok and dint trade off with the making. Post interval few moments kept audience travel away from the content which is again a small dot in a whole clean slate. Air fight sequence is something made commendably good which lifts with a rocking bgm from Anirudh. Over all; ‘Leaner’ - Genre, ‘Meaner’ - Making and ‘Stronger’ Casting serves the #Beast as a feast for the fans and the movie buffs. Ardent Vijay fan can go with neutral experience and enjoy the essence it brought afresh!
