Thinking this was about the Hulk Hogan case, I decided to watch. Then I find out it is a Rah Rah piece to try to drum up support for newspaper rumor mills. Claiming free press is damaged by not allowing media organizations to destroy the career of a wrestler by reporting and showing a sex tape of the wrestler that was obviously obtained by theft. The funniest part was the reporter complaining that in trial, a sarcastic remark he made about it being ok to report on pedophilia if the child was over 4yo, that it was taken out of context. HE MAKES A LIVING TAKING COMMENTS OUT OF CONTEXT!! Then going into other organizations complaining that their newspaper was purchased (legally) by billionaires that they had previously negatively reported on. Maybe don't purposely report negatively to get sound bites and web hits and there won't be retaliation? To me, and everyone I know, there is no sympathy for a press that stays afloat by reporting on sex tapes because they can.
