My husband and I watch the show regularly. We like it very much but have 2 questions why does Jenny always have to paint the brick. Brick is supposed to be maintenance free so painting it is going to be just more work to do in the future. Also would like to know what the cost is of the actual renovation as we find out what the homeowners have to spend but never know how much of it is actually used
