"It Ends With Us" is one of those movies that sticks with you long after you've watched it. It's been a while since I felt this way about a film. I went in without knowing much, expecting a typical drama romance. While it does have drama and romance, it's not what I expected.
The story follows a florist named Lily Bloom as she opens her shop, meets new love, reconnects with an old flame, and breaks family cycles. The movie had me so captivated that I forgot to finish my popcorn. The acting was amazing, the costumes were wild and unique, and the soundtrack, especially Taylor Swift’s "My Tears Ricochet," was truly moving. Be prepared to bring tissues!
My only complaint is that one character didn't face the consequences they deserved, but I understand that the movie sticks to the book it's based on. I'm excited for the sequel!
