As a huge Wuthering Heights fan this movie made my year. It's visually stunning, the story is compelling, I've always imagined and speculated about Emily Brönte's life and her inspirations and such, and this movie gives us such a beautifully crafted "theory". Of course it's not necessarily historically accurate but it never claimed to be. The acting is phenomenal. I can't get over how much I love this movie. Definitely a great addition to the "Wuthering Heights associated media collection" along with the 2009 Wuthering Heights adaptation and the song by Kate Bush 😂.
