I think Hoda should dress according to the season. Yesterday and today...coldest day in America, minus 50 below zero and she wears summery sleeveless dresses everyday. She has to show her shoulders, everyday. I don't know what it is with sleeveless dresses on TV. Fine for summer, looks out of place when it is winter.
