Interesting premise that AI robots can become just like humans. That’s not exactly new to the movie world but I like that the humans keep reminding each other that the robots don’t feel, so they can absolve themselves of guilt. In the end the two become one in the child, and she’s going to be the savior. Overall great plot and heart provoking. I had to watch it twice to appreciate it.

This movie went beyond my expectations with the action, plot and the kind of suspense where you think you know what’s going to happen next but then it plays out differently, in a good way. My favorite kind! Gerald Butler was his typical good looking, good acting self, while Mike Colter and Tony Goldwyn did not disappoint. Two thumbs up.

Read one review that said the movie didn’t tie the two grieving mothers together, but they must not have seen the ending. The grief tied them together with an element of the super natural. The ending was a good resolution.

This title could be dubbed, The Bad Friend. We’ve all experienced that one friendship that we weren’t really sure about but something keeps drawing us back—probably that something that’s filling a void from within. We watch that scenario play out on the screen and in real life—it’s fun, exciting and unassuming. Recommend.
