In refer to episode 5 of the drama, the depiction of specific country and/or producer of sport championship event in a negative tone with no basis unfortunately shows how the writer(s) and/or quality control parties of this series tends to conduct lack of research and how insensible to drag down a specific country. It may be fictional but could be deemed as a hurtful depiction, unless the team addressed an unknown country or totally fictional names and stories (too bad it was crystal clear its "Indonesia" "Jakarta" "Istora" "BWF" "they -the organizer of the event in the story/Indonesian spectators-" etc, not to mention all the hurtful dialogues were happened when the cast were in Jakarta. Not so much with "its only fiction" when youve made your cruel accusations and scripts solely based on stigma, prejudice, and bias. If the fact was fair and correct enough, I believe it wont cause any ruckus. Like the fact that Indonesia's women single players indeed still struggling and factually keep losing to many rivals including Korean players... it's a fact, and arguably acceptable. But the rest should be sorted in a wise manner, in the spirit of good bond between Korea and their foreign partners. Would appreciate how some of the team was trying to give their best to depict Indonesia in accurate ways. I believe some already did their best and appreciation-worthy. But those hurtful dialogues kinda ruined it all. To some extent, it could translates how the writer(s) and the relevant stakeholders still stands for RACISM, superiority, one-sided opinion based, lack of mindfulness and sensibility... you name it.
