Beverley Sample

I enjoyed the show but if this is five star I have to wonder about the health/cleanliness of the chefs. These used their hands without any gloves and only once did we see someone mention washing their hands. I’m sure the food was delicious but after seeing the show and the lack of person cleanliness I’m not sure I’d eat there. You take a chance in any restaurant but I’d expect more diligence from a five star restaurant.
