Charles Scruggs

Woke up as this was plying through on my tv and thought I was having a nightmare. That’s how abrasive this film is with poor audio and visual animation. Gave it another chance. Tried watching it awake, and couldn’t force myself to finish—even fast forwarding to push along the plot. Absurd allegorical symbolism slapped on a theme that is so muddled, I don’t care to analyze the message the movie takes aim at.
